I didn't know ginseng was used to help maintain normal blood sugar levels, but that is not surprising since the herb is used as a remedy for so many illnesses and medical conditions. I think natural remedies can be beneficial and I take several herbs (including cinnamon) for general health.

I don't have a problem with blood sugar levels, but I take the cinnamon as a precautionary measure, and because I really like cinnamon.
