Take into account the number of cubicles that must fit within a given size space. Also take into account the need for walkways and other spaces such as break rooms or lunch rooms. After you determine how many cubicles you need and how much space you have, you can then determine the appropriate size for each cubicle. Cubicles can be uniform in size, or larger cubicles can be ordered for employees with more seniority or who more space to do their jobs.
