What Flavors Are in a Box of Froot Loops?

Froot Loops has been one of America's most popular cereals since 1963, but in all that time, that box of breakfast bounty has kept something a secret: All of the colored circles (or "loops") taste exactly the same. Furthermore, the cereal doesn't really contain fruit, either. It's mostly cornmeal, wheat flour, and sugar. And while there's no use crying over spilled milk, it could be somewhat disappointing to learn that the green, orange, red, purple, and yellow cereal pieces don't have different flavorings to correspond to their fruity colors. However, Kellogg's did introduce a new variety of the classic cereal in May 2018. Not only does Wild Berry Froot Loops have a new flavor, but it also contains a new shape -- every purple piece of the berry-flavored cereal is shaped like a star with a hole in it.
